Please look through these images to determine if there is anything you would like to select from the Patten estate. Then make one list of the items you and your family are interested in and submit it to Cindy by U. S. Mail at the home address given on the email by May 15. I expect to receive 15 lists. Prioritize the items you and your family are interested in, giving each item a number in ascending order, number 1 on the list being what you would most like, followed by your second most desired choice, and so forth. Your list can be as long as you want it to be, but I would advise you to make it longer rather than shorter. You cannot be guaranteed to receive all of the items on your list as some belongings will be requested by more than one family.
The dispersal of the belongings will be determined by the value of the total items requested, the priority given to the item on individual lists, and if there is any sentimental value associated with the item. Each niece or nephew is entitled to 1/9 of the total value of the belongings. In cousin Don's case, his survivors will split his share seven ways. On the list include your name, the picture name*, and a description of the item(s) you are interested in. I will contact you regarding the availability of your selection(s). All lists must be submitted by May 15. If you can do it sooner, that would be even better, but a final decision on distribution of the belongings cannot be made until I hear from everyone.
Listing the home for sale will be delayed until after the good belongings are dispersed, so it is important that we get this done soon. The shipping, delivery, or pickup of your items will be paid for out of the estate funds. You have the option of picking up what you inherit yourself if done before June 8. Otherwise, your items will either be packed and shipped to you or, if you have big items to deliver, Jerry and I will deliver them to your door.
